Our Small Group Training allows members and non-members the benefit of tailored programming in a group setting with a personal trainer while at affordable rates. Our small groups are fun, functional and deliver the results you are looking for!

Strength Training for Fat Loss Program

No fads, gimmicks, no miracle pills or claims. Just science-based programming, sensible strategies, and the results you desire.

Bella Forza’s Strength Training for Fat Loss Program combines strength and interval training along with sound nutrition to accelerate your metabolism, maximize fat loss, and build/maintain muscle.

    Our program features:
  • 3 days per week guided strength training using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, and body weight
  • 2 days per week guided metabolic interval training with the most effective fat-loss circuits and combinations
  • Realistic nutrition guidelines for staying healthy, maintaining and/or building muscle, and regulating your metabolism
  • Warm-up and cool-down exercises that include stretches and self-massage techniques to activate or restore muscles

Powerlifting Princess Program

Become unapologetically strong with our powerlifting program. Learn the techniques of the three big lifts – the squat, the deadlift and the chest press. And when combined in a training program, they forge an extremely strong, capable body. PLP is a 12-week training program with for both beginners and intermediate lifters. The program includes 3 days of training with 2-3 days of cardio on your own (suggestions are available).

Body Positive Program

Training to build muscle—purely for aesthetics—can be an act of self-care. Changing the shape of your body can be the gateway to changing how YOU perceive YOU! When you feel stronger in your body, you tend to show up more fully in life. Body Positive is a 14-week periodization training program designed to shape your body like a body builder. The program includes 4 days of training with 2-3 days of cardio on your own (suggestions are available).
