Pole Spins and Tricks

This class focuses on the development of strength and fitness through the use of the pole. Our pole classes focus on all aspects of pole, including improving technique and working all muscle groups, as well as grace and fluidity. This program is vigorous and to move from one level to the next each participant must excel at the previous level and receive instructor approval.

Sexy Pole

Adding sizzle to your style, you will be taught a dance routine designed to improve fluidity! This sexy routine will include spins, transitional moves and floor work. You will learn the details that turn an ordinary routine into a beautiful dance helping to build confidence in your pole skills!

Pole Choreography

Build Endurance! In this class, you will be taught a dance routine designed for endurance. The routine will include spins, tricks and transitions to a chosen song. You will learn how to move to the music, add in character, and focus on the details- turning an ordinary combo to a beautiful dance routine.

Flexibility

Every aerial princess desires to improve the beautiful lines and extensions of their form in spins and tricks, and the best way accomplish this is to increase one's flexibility! This class will focus on the best stretches for added flexibility in aerial. We use the pole as well as the floor to increase flexibility in the hips, legs, back and shoulders. This class is for serious aerial fitness athletes. Stretches are geared mostly toward improving Intermediate and Advanced spins and tricks.

Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

Bella Forza's Lyra Program focuses on the development of strength and dance through the use of the hoop. Classes include a warm up, conditioning, learning specific tricks, as well as stringing together tricks to create flow that looks beautiful to your favorite song. Work out all muscle groups, but feel like you are dancing! This program has three levels. To move from one level to the next each participant must excel at the previous level.

Silks

Bella Forza’s Silks Program uses a pair of silks hanging from ceiling to floor to develop strength, flexibility, and grace. Classes will involve a thorough warm-up, conditioning, and dedicated work towards a variety of tricks and combinations as we fall in love again and again with this beautiful circus aerial art. This program has three levels. To move from one level to the next, each participant must excel at the previous level and receive instructor approval.

Open

Open sessions are a perfect time to perfect the skills learned in class! Practice is key to building endurance and flexibility. Come in with your favorite combo in mind, or just use your time for conditioning!

Hand Balancing

Come learn how to balance on your head, hands, and forearms! This class is great for learning poses for great vacation pictures too! Learn what conditioning exercises and drills you need in order to obtain your hand balancing goals.

Acro Yoga

Also known as partner acrobatics! Acro is a perfect way to enhance your communication skills, because the art consists of two people, a base and a flyer, working together as one. It also is a great way to cross train, while still spending time with a friend or significant other. Don’t have a partner? That’s ok! Acro is all about connecting with others, forming a community of like-minded people. Come try it out, you may find it therapeutic after a long week of practicing on other apparatuses!
